YouTube has been something that has gotten me through a lot- mostly boredom, and days where I’m stuck in bed with a fever. It is something I never really talk about, but realized maybe I should. YouTube is full of some really smart and impressive people who have ideas and tips to share with the world. Some of these range from recipes to makeup looks, or ideas on how to style a shirt. However, a lot of these YouTubers, I enjoy most through their personal and/or conversational videos. Understanding how they think and how they live their lives is inspirational, and motivates me to do the same. There’s a lot to learn from YouTube, and a full blown community just a click away. With that being said, here’s a selection of my all-time favorite YouTubers that I keep up with, and you should too.

1. Love Lauren Elizabeth

Lauren Elizabeth Luthringshausen is one of a kind. If you’re looking for great modern and minimalist chic fashion tips, her channel is the place to go. Between her obnoxious humor and ridiculously cool apartment, you’ll be hooked in a second, and just a fair warning, you’ll want to be her.

2. Arden Rose

Arden is quirky, hipster meets grandma in the best possible way. She has a very unique humor, but never fails to make me laugh out loud. She isn’t afraid to talk about controversial topics, and is very open about her personal life. She travels a lot and has a long distance relationship in England, so stay tuned, and follow her on her adventures.

3. Hello Katy

Katy very much represents the complex of the college girl next door. She’s not only a YouTuber, but also a full-time student, so I find her very relatable. Whether she’s giving her ideas about culture, society, or college; or she’s giving tips on what to wear to a sorority event or an everyday makeup routine, she has a lot of wisdom to share.

4. Ingrid Nilsen

Ingrid is a very kind and relatable YouTuber, who’s channel offers a variety of topics. Her content ranges from style tips, hair tricks, makeup tutorials, cooking ideas, and organizing ideas. She has very creative videos and I always walk away with a new idea or DIY project in mind.

5. Yoga With Adrienne

Adrienne is a full blown yogi who loves to help others get their yoga on. She posts news videos every week with a full yoga routine. She customizes each routine for runners or for back pain or a stiff neck, etc. My favorite is her bedtime yoga routine-- it is the perfect way to unwind at the end of a long day.

6. Clothes Encounters

This girl is a student at UCLA who has incredible style. If you’re looking for style tips and tricks, this is your girl. Also, she always has new ideas of how to decorate your apartment or dorm.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
