Lately, I have been spending a lot of my free time reading webtoons. I just can't get enough of it! Line Webtoon is the global digital comics service platform that offers over 200 online comics that are updated daily for free. When it was first created it was called Navar Webtoon. On the webtoons website, it states that "Navar Webtoon", which was launched on June 23, 2004 by Korea's biggest internet company, Navar, started to globally take off as Line Webtoon in 2014. With over 17 million monthly users, it is now one of the biggest digital comics providers in the world. Thanks to my friends, who persuaded me to download the mobile app, I am now deeply (and when I say deeply, I mean deeply) invested in many of the webtoon comics. Each day I come across new and amazing comics, but I do have a list of my top favorites! Here is a list of my favorite webtoon comics so far.

1. "Age Matters"

This is a romance comic that has many comedic moments. It's about a 29-year-old woman who wonders if it is too late for her to ever find "the one" and fall in love. However, she begins to think differently after meeting a very rich 23-year-old bachelor. There is much more to this story and I can't wait to read the upcoming episodes! The creator of this webtoon goes by the name of Enjelicious.

2. "Girls Have A Blog: The College Years"

I really enjoy "Girls Have A Blog: The College Years" because not only am I girl in college myself, but I can actually really relate to the characters and certain things they experience. According to its creators Sarah Bollinger and Tara Kurtzhals, this is about two girls having adventures with anime, relationships, college and much more!

3. "Always Human"

I'll just start off by saying that the art in this comic is so beautiful that it sometimes becomes hard for me to even look away for a second while reading this! Along with the beautiful art, this comic also has a very beautiful storyline. It's a futuristic comic where people can use "mods" that allows them to change their appearance and more. The creator, Ari Walkingnorth, summarized her comic by saying "This is a story about nanobots, genetic engineering, and two girls falling in love. No matter how technology changes us, we'll always be human."

4. ''Messenger''

This is a new fantasy comic that is written by Paul Tobin and illustrated by Ray Nadine. I was hooked after reading the first episode! "Messenger" is about bike messenger Dare Crilley. Dare is dedicated to being the best at her job. Nothing will stop her from making a delivery. Her life suddenly changes when she begins to make deliveries for Gods!

5. ''I love Yoo''

''I love Yoo", which is created by Quimchee, is about a girl named Shin-Ae who goes through a lot of pain and misfortune. Her life suddenly changes after fighting over some tiramisu with a guy named Kousuke. This webtoon has drama, romance, and comedy!

6. ''Trash Bird''

Whenever you feel like trash, I recommend reading ''Trash Bird.'' This webtoon has short episodes about the daily adventures and situations a bird encounters. Trash Bird is not only hilarious, but also relatable.

7. ''Bastard''

If you're into intense mysteries, than ''Bastard'' is the webtoon for you. This webtoon has murders, kidnappings, and dark secrets! You'll be on the edge of your seat reading it.

8. ''Refund High School''

This webtoon is about having a second chance at life. It's about a girl who dies and is offered a chance to be able to be reincarnated. However, before she can be reincarnated she must first graduate from high school in the underworld. What a twist!

9. ''Overboard''

''Overboard'' is a cute and simple webtoon about the complicated relationship between two roommates. The characters in this webtoon are so adorable! The way they interact with each other is very entertaining.

10. ''Haxor''

''Haxor'' is a cool, sci-fi webtoon. In the future, the internet has been replaced by "The Frame," which is a super fast network of connection and accessibility. Since technology is not perfect, of course some things go wrong. This webtoon has a great storyline and great art!

There are many other webtoons that I absolutely adore reading, but unfortunately, I have to put a limit on this list. I encourage everyone to read webtoons and to check out the ones that I have listed!

The 5 Painfully True Stages Of Camping Out At The Library

For those long nights that turn into mornings when the struggle is real.

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

28 Daily Thoughts of College Students

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate
Mental Floss

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

StableDiffusion

As this semester wraps up, students can’t help but be stressed about finals. After all, our GPAs depends on these grades! What student isn’t worrying about their finals right now? It’s “goodbye social life, hello library” time from now until the end of finals week.

1. Finals are weeks away, I’m sure I’ll be ready for them when they come.
