If you know me, you know that I am obsessed with creating and publishing Spotify playlists. Music has always been a big part of my life, so it's no question that my tastes are diverse and range from pop to alternative to even sometimes country (don't hurt me). My latest and favorite Spotify playlist to date that I created is called "actual current jams" (catchy, I know), and can be found here: https://open.spotify.com/user/jennnat/playlist/4qV..

So feel free to listen along as I count down my top 6 favorites:

6. Love Me Now - John Legend

"Pulling me further, further than I've been before..."

So slow, so rhythmic, SO GOOD.

5. Paris - The Chainsmokers

"If we go down then we go down together..."

Okay, more than anything this song makes me want to travel to Paris. But seriously, I just recently heard this song on the radio and fell in love. Give it a shot!

4. Scars To Your Beautiful - Alessia Cara

"Help you see a little bit clearer, the light that shines within..."

This song has literally become my anthem because of the powerful words. I feel beautiful every time I listen to this song, and you should too!

3. That's What I Like - Bruno Mars

"Cool jewel be shining so bright, strawberry champagne all night..."

So I've been in such a Bruno Mars kick lately ever since 24K Magic dropped, so while the whole album is pure fire, this one's my favorite.

2. Mercy - Shawn Mendes

"Consuming all the air inside my lungs, ripping all the skin from off my bones..."

Shawn Mendes has been COMPLETELY TAKING OVER MY LIFE, so do me a solid and give him a listen!! He's cute, sweet, and has an amazing vocal range--you can't go wrong.

1. Castle on the Hill - Ed Sheeran

"And I've not seen the roaring fields in so long, I know I've grown..."

The man himself has made a comeback! Although not played on the radio as much as Shape of You, its story-line and beat truly sell it. Keep an ear out for his new album!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
