My Top Shows on Netflix

As a college student I have grown to really love Netflix. It's a great way to waste time and avoid homework while watching all of my favorite shows. Now hopefully this will give all of you some Ideas of shows to watch so you can avoid responsibilities too. So, without further ado here is a list of shows I love binge watching on Netflix.

1. Supernatural

Seriously though, who doesn't love the Winchester brothers? All they want is to kill demons and get revenge for their poor dead mom. But its more than that, there are twists and turns at every episode, plus there are 11 seasons on Netflix and counting so you hopefully wont run out for a while.

2. The Ranch

Oh hell yeah, this show is my life. Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson together again, I don't think it can get much better than that. It is set in Colorado with the two boys and their father living on a ranch, what the worst that can happen?

3. The Vampire Diaries

I love me some Salvatore brothers. But I really love me some surprises and TVD does not disappoint. There is always something happening weather it be death, relationship problems or even murder. See if you can keep up with Mystic Falls and its unusual residents.

4.Gossip Girl

This show was fantastic. B & S are always up to something whether its hating each other or being best friends there is always something happening on the upper east side. See if you can handle it, xoxo Gossip Girl.

5. American Horror Story

There is always something different happening in each season so that is exciting. Season 3 was my personal favorite but there are plenty of other twisted tales to pick from.

6.Hart of Dixie

Unfortunately there were only 4 seasons of this show but that doesn't make it any less great. This show captures your heart as you follow Dr. Zoe Hart throughout her adventures in Bluebell, Alabama.

7. Between

There are 2 seasons of this on Netflix and each season has only 6 episodes but it will seriously suck you in. There are more seasons said to be coming. Basically a virus strikes the town and kills everyone over 21 so the government quarantine it. Who will survive?

8.Bob's Burgers

This is an A+ show, if you haven't seen it you should. There is just something so funny and quirky about it that you become instantly intrigued by it.

9. Fuller House

I know many did not like this show but I did. I agree it was a little cliche making DJ husband-less setting her in the same boat her dad was in for all those years but it's still cute. I'd give it 4 1/2 out of 5 stars.

10. That '70s Show

It's an oldie but a goodie. I've seen it about 100 times but it never gets old. If you haven't seen this get ready to laugh your ass off and question the decade you were born in.

11. The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

This show is hilarious. You follow the life Kimmy who was in a cult for 15 years and decides she wants to move to NYC and from there it just gets funnier.

No matter what show on this list you decide to watch I can almost guarantee that you will be interested and addicted within the first 3 episodes. Netflix and chill anyone?

April Ludgate
NBC Universal

Everyone who is in college right now, or has ever been, knows the struggle of pulling in the strings at the last second. It seems impossible, and you have to do a LOT of things in order to assure your future for the next semester.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

To The Cheerful Person On Their Rainy Days, You Are Valid

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
