A Letter To My Favorite High School Teacher

I would like to start this letter off by saying Thank You. Thank you for helping me throughout the years and for being there to give me the little push I always needed to help me be the best I could be. It's because of you that going to school all through years were at least somewhat bearable.

You were always there to talk to me if I needed extra help or ever needed just someone to talk to. You weren't just my teacher but I can now consider you a friend, and I am forever grateful for that. I don't know what it was but you always had a way of making me feel special and that I was wanted and that I mattered. I know my class may have been rough but you fit right in with throwing shade back at whoever was throwing it at you, you may not know this but we gained so much more mad respect for you after that. You knew how to keep us engaged and how to keep our attention… trust me with my class that must have been hard but you did it.

Thanks to you I have found my passion and have the building blocks that you have instilled in me throughout the years, to which I must say I think you have done a great job, I mean when I tell my college professors that I remember reading about something or I remember doing something that I did in high school, the look at me with a sense of amazement so I think thank you for that and I think they think you for that as well.

Not only have you taught me how to build a stellar resume and portfolio, but you have also taught me how to think creatively and how to be a better person, you whether you think it or not have helped me become the person I am today and I am extremely grateful for that. So again I must say, Thank You!

Sincerely, A Student You Have Made A Big Impression On.

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.

Mistakes are something we all make, no matter how old we get. Most of the time, the mistakes we made are little and sometimes due to something out of our control. Yet, there are mistakes that are bigger than others. Personally, I have mistakes that I wish I could go back and undo. Here they are:

5 Things To Do That Are Better Than Writing A Paper

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
