I know this might sound a little odd for a young college woman but I love Weight Watchers! I know this program has received some backlash and that's fine everyone has their thing that works for them. I have been trying to lose weight and get healthier for quite some time. I always found it harder on the food end but that changed when I found weight watchers. Here are some of my favorite food items that make my busy college life easier while keeping me on track! (Also, including the point value of everything)
1. Premier Protein shake
This protein shake is amazing! It tastes so good, I usually pour it over espresso over iced for a low point iced coffee. The shake is 2 smartpoints each.
4. Trader Joe's lite shredded mozzarella cheese
Melts beautifully and is so tasty! I use it on pizza's and grilled cheeses. 1 smartpoint per oz.
6. Sugar free vanilla cake mix
I mix this with a Tablespoon and a half of angel food cake mix, add water and microwave for 1 minute to make a little mug cake for only 4 smartpoints!
7. Fat free Reddi Whip
Good whenever you get a sweet tooth. You can have 2 Tablespoons for 0 smartpoints!
8. Grilled chicken, fruits, veggies, eggs or any other 0 point foods
0 point foods are the best!
11. 99% fat free ground turkey
I use this for tacos! 0 smartpoints!
