Ah yes, dogs. The definition of man's best friend, a loyal companion, a snuggle partner. You're either a dog person or a filthy liar, and either is PL, as long as you accept it. Our furry friends have been through thick and thin with us, and whether we realize it or not, they represent us in many different ways. Here's what your favorite dog says about you:

The Dachshund

You're good under pressure, and you have a quick wit. You like to have fun, and you're always down for a long walk around the block. You're most likely good looking, and you know it too. Sometimes however, your vanity gets the best of you.

The Corgi

You're always doing something. Full of energy and a zest for life, it's no wonder that you take such pride in your butt. You also go out of your way to say hi to those you know. However, it's very easy to get on your bad side.

The Golden Doodle

Nobody really knows where you came from but you're always just kinda "there." However, you can be the life of the party, except for when surrounded by strangers, you get very shy. You are very selective of who you're surrounded by.

The German Shepherd

Chances are you are very tall and are constantly trying to blend in with those around you. Most people think you're intimidating the first time they meet you, but you're really a softie deep down. If someone ever crosses you though, all bets are off.

The Australian Shepherd

You are very smart, which is why your friends often confide in you and come to you for all sorts of advice. You are easily pleased and enjoy the simpler things in life. However, you can often times be a bit too sensitive.

The Golden Retriever

You are well-liked by all, you're a timeless classic. You're an understated kind of beautiful, and you are constantly smiling. You like to have a good time and love being outside. Your friends love you, except you're very hard to read at times.

The Black Lab

There's not much to you. You're often doing the same routine day in and day out — but it works for you. You love what you do, and you do it well. Some may call you a work-a-holic, but you're just dedicated. Although you often forget to give credit where credit may be due.

The Husky

You are quick to get defensive and defend your own honor or the honor of those who are close to you. Some may describe you as stubborn with a "my way or the highway" kind of mentality, but you're usually right anyway. Deep down, you are very sensitive but you don't always like to show it.

The Beagle

You are loyal as heck, and you never shy away from a challenge. You are confident and find solace in those who have similar views to your own. Some may call you overzealous, but you prefer the term "ambitious." Your sense of humor is often too dry for people to handle.

The Pug

You often worry about things you cannot change — your face perpetually shows this. When you are happy, everyone knows — when you are sad, it's the same. You're most likely a social media guru and Instagram likes are very important to you (and that's OK).

So, which doggo are you?

an image of taylor swift standing center stage surrounded by her backup dancers in elegant peacock esque outfits with a backdrop of clouds and a box rising above the stage the image captures the vibrant aesthetics and energy of her performance during the lover era of her eras tour

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
