I’m so stoked to be going to Nashville this week, and Nashville is the home of country music. I went to Nashville last year and got to go to the Country Music Hall of Fame and The Grand Ole Opry. I can't believe that it has been a year since that trip. When going to the Country Music Hall of Fame, I got to see the Luke Bryan exhibit. That was my favorite part of going to the Hall of Fame. Going to The Opry was such an amazing experience. The night that we went (my mom and I) the performers were some of the Legends of Country Music, some newer singers, and then a surprise guest singer (which never happens). It was Tricia Yearwood and Garth Brooks. I was in tears when they came on stage, it was a dream of mine to get to see Garth Brooks in concert. While they did not sing any of their songs, it was still really amazing. I wish I could go back to The Grand Ole Opry again this year, but there just won't be any time on my trip.
So what does that have to do with my favorite country songs? Well, I had to mention the place that made my love of country music grow even bigger. I liked country music before going, but now I really love the music.
In the past year, country music has become my favorite to listen to. I listen to it all the time, I play it in the car, constantly going back and forth between 92.5 The Wolf and 98.5 KYGO. I sing along to almost all of the songs, especially when I hear a Luke Bryan song.
In this list, I could list so many more than 15 country songs, but these are some of my favorites. They aren’t in any order, I didn’t put them with my top favorite at the top, because how could I choose just one top favorite country song.
