The fall is the most wonderful time of the year. How could it not be? The warm colors, falling leaves, sweater weather and the pumpkin… On second thought, not so much of the pumpkin. There’s too many pumpkin flavored things, which can become annoying. But like any other city, Philly hosts some amazing events every season. Especially during the fall. Here are some of the upcoming events that the city of brotherly love has to offer.

1. Autumn's Colors at Longwood Gardens

(October 10- November 10)

If you enjoy the fall as much as I do and want to witness nature's beauty, go to the Autumn Colors at Longwood Gardens. Each year they celebrate the fall's harvest by displaying a festive landscape filled with vibrant color

2. Chrysanthemums Festival at Longwood Gardens

(October 22nd-November 20th)

If you can't make it to the Autumn Colors, Longwood also celebrates the fall through the Chrysanthemum Festival, where there are 20,000 chrysanthemums arranged beautifully along the landscape.

3. Namasdrake

    ( September 24th)
If you're a huge fan of Drake, well guess what? There is a yoga class based on Drake's music coming to Philly soon! Two DJs created Namasdrake, which consists of an hour session of yoga poses carefully chosen to a playlist of Drake songs. If you would like to try out, check out PhillyVoice for more information.

4. Spruce Street Harbor Park Fall Fest

    (September 16th)
Looking for a random festival to take your family to or a friend? Try the Spruce Street Harbor Park Fall Festival. The park will be decorated in autumn decorations. Its for all ages, except for the drinking part! For more information, go to the Delaware River Front site.

5. Terror Behind the walls at Eastern State Penitentiary

(September 16th-November 5th)

If you have a need for adrenaline and fear and screams, check out the Eastern State Penitentiary, America's first official prison. But ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you're not into the haunted attraction, then try going during the day and learn about the history. Al Capone didn't become famous for nothing in this prison.

6. The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular

(September 24th-October 30th)

Have little children you want to take on an adventure? Try Sesame Place where Count Dracula is having a Halloween Spooktacular!

7. Philly’s Cheesesteak & Food Fest 2016

(October 15th)

If you're a food fanatic like I am, then this is the event for you. The Philly Cheesesteak & Food Festival! What's better than a Philly cheesesteak and exploring some of the city's best food?

8. Harry Potter Festival

(October 21st-22nd)

Last, but not least is the Harry Potter Festival! For all of you Potterheads, get ready because Chestnut Hill College is transforming into Hogwarts and we're all invited!! Potterheads of all ages are welcomed, however, you must be of age when it comes to the bar crawl!

If anything, you should totally enjoy these events. I will definitely be going to the Harry Potter event because of my Potterhead status. Let me know how it goes!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
