Let's Just All Agree That Fall Out Boy Is The Best Band Out There

For some, when hearing the words "Fall Out Boy" it brings you back to teenage angst. I'm pretty sure a majority of us heard about Fall Out Boy and their music when we were young and going through our "emo stage." Their music spoke to our little hearts and we loved every lyric. They were a part of the emo scene for so long that many people only associated them with just that. Not only did they remember their "emo" roots but also have grown as a band and made music expanding their horizons. So why is Fall Out Boy the best band, let me tell you.

First off, their members are adorable human beings. Like how can you say no to those faces! They are all super fun and creative individuals. Their talents all vary but together they are truly unbelievable! They play off each other's work and know what is best for the group. They have been together for so long that they are family. There were so young when they started and have grown so much since then, both musically and personally.

Their music artistry is amazing! They have worked with different genres and always figure out a way to add on their own touch into anything. They started off in the pop-punk genres. Those songs that were made in that time were some that would go down in history. After a hiatus, they came back with a new sound. Maybe people were thrown off with the new sounds, but they still were able to incorporated their own charms into the music. With that, we were given "My Songs Know What You Did In the Dark," "The Phoenix," and "Young Volcanoes." They wanted to come back strong from their break and did just that. They were back to take on the world.

They don't stop making their own moves. Their newer album MANIA is also something quite different than what fans are used to. "Young And A Menace" was something many people didn't seem to like. It involved an EDM sort of sound and many fans were angry that they changed their sound. In my opinion, who cares. Fall Out Boy is making the music they want and I LOVE that song! The continue to move forward despite being ridiculed by "fans." Despite all that, they stay cool and just keep making music.

There are so many other great things that make them so great, such as their interactions with fans, their humor, the trueness that they keep, and always remembering where they came from. Since 2001, Fall Out Boy has been making headlines and new work, and hopefully, they don't stop anytime soon. Their sound and personalities are so unique in the music business and we need to protect them at all costs! So from here on out, let's all agree that they're the greatest. Their talents are incredible and their music is a sound for the ages. So Fall Out Boy is the best band out there.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
