It's official, fall is in the air. By far my favorite season and not because it is my birthday season. The best excuse to pull out my boots, leggings, and oversized spirit jerseys. Not to mention, s'mores by the fire and pumpkin spice lattes. But what really gets me into the fall spirit are the Disney movies I grew up watching.
1. The Halloweentown series
Is it fall if you haven't watched all of the Halloweentown movies more than once? Probably not. I remember sitting there every Halloween and watching these movies on rerun. Actually, I remember when it was made released. Gosh, I feel old.
2. Twitches series
I love this movie. Honestly, it was semi scary to me as a kid, but that didn't stop me from watching it. But if you are like me, this movie is great to watch with your siblings because it shows the relationship between two sisters. Total opposites and still the same.
3. Casper Meets Wendy
This is a classic I tell you. Then again, I am a huge fan of Hilary Duff so I am totally biased. Either way, it's a great movie. Probably, the only friendly ghost you will ever see. This movie will keep you laughing and might even make you shed a tear.
4. The Little Vampire
Who doesn't love seeing a friendship blossom especially between a human and a vampire? It is a must see during the fall season. Also, whoever said friends couldn't be family. This movie conveys how an unexpected friendship became the best friendship. It makes me wish I had a vampire best friend too.
5. Hocus Pocus
Witches are not a favorite, but this movie is. These three witches keep you on your toes the entire movie. They might even bewitch you into liking them.
6. Mom's Got A Date With A Vampire
Literally, every child's nightmare. Thank goodness it never came true. Doesn't stop this movie from giving a good scare as a kid.
7. Spooky Buddies
I love any Buddies' movie especially if it is Halloween themed. These little furry friends are out on another adventure. Who knows what they might have gotten themselves into.
