No matter where you are, you will not escape these fall favorites. Whether it is in your grocery store, or on your social media, everyone is going crazy for this season's best things.

1. Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING

From lattes to your favorite brands of cereal, you can't turn your head without seeing the words "Pumpkin Spice." They will be on Oreos, in coffee creamer, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, you name it! Every girl will be ordering their favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks and pairing it with a nice Pumpkin Scone on the side. As the weather begins to cool down, get ready to sit back, relax, watch some Netflix, with your favorite PSL sitting right beside you.

2. An Apple A Day...

Our favorite fall activity: Apple Picking! This is not only a great way to get out of that stuffy room, but also an amazing excuse to take classic pictures with your friends! A cheap day activity filled with fresh fruits and cute outfits sounds like a deal to me! While you're at it, most of the farms in New Jersey that do have apple picking also have pumpkin picking! Here's your chance to select the perfect pumpkin for your Jack-O-Lantern, go on a Hayride, or explore through a corn maze! There are tons of outdoor activities on farms to get you into the fall/Halloween spirit.

3. Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is here in NYC from October 4th-7th. The event in the city tries to replicate the atmosphere of the real Oktoberfest in Munich, and there are tons of cities in the tri-state area that celebrate this amazing time. Days filled with food, entertainment, and beer! There's something for everyone and every family! Take your family and friends into the city to get out into the sun and enjoy a worldwide fantastic event!

4. Fall=Halloween=Candy

One of the most anticipated parts of the fall season is Halloween! That means dressing up in matching costumes with your closets friends, putting up spooky decorations, or everyone's favorite part: CANDY! Candy corn, chocolate, and sour candy will be in one of the biggest aisles of your grocery stores for the next few weeks, which means.....you should buy a big bag of your favorite kind too.

5. It's Football Season, Everyone

Lance Cpl. Matthew Bragg

Do you hear screaming coming from a room near you? Do you hear the constant talk of "trading"? Are people busy on Sunday nights? Yes, you're very right - football season is back. Get ready to eat loads of wings and chips and be busy every Sunday night because, even if you aren't a football fan, someone around you definitely is. Fall is the beginning of the NFL season and here is where you can see the funniest moments between families and friends, having their own competition about who will win what game. Take a seat, eat/drink all your favorite fall trends, and watch the show....or the game.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
