Hey look it's finally cold! Maryland has finally gone into what it calls fall. My campus looks absolutely gorgeous with the orange, red, and yellow leaves falling everywhere. The drop in temperature isn't one of my favorite things about fall however it is a nice change from the crazy humidity of summer.
One of the best parts of November in Maryland is the annual Waterfowl Festival. The festival is a four day long event held in my hometown of Easton, MD that's full of fun activities. There's the World Waterfowl Calling Championship, Dock Dogs, as well as beautiful artwork displayed all over town. The Waterfowl Festival is one my favorite things to do in November and is always a great start to fall.
Now that fall is here that means the holidays are too. Thanksgiving is just around the corner which means so much food some families split the holiday into two days but soon enough, Christmas will be here too. Thanksgiving and Christmas are some of my favorite holidays and now that fall is here, that means winter isn't far behind.
