"When real people fall down in life, they get right back up and keep walking."
-Sarah Jessica Parker
Does it ever seem like life is continuously knocking you back down, right after you have recovered and got back up?
Well,
Life is like a quilt, the more patterns and stitching, the more formation needed to be accommodated in order to enclose this decorative design. It's easy to fall and close up. In fact, life brings upon deep emotional stitching that makes us who we are as human-beings. This stitching is not meant to break us, but to hold us together, no matter how thin or thick the threading is, we all have the ability to be fixed through the touch of sewing pieces back together.
Your stitching is your personal story and is sewed entirely by you, each and every patch tells a story. You have the ability to control what you decline and what you build back up. Whether it's a slow or fast process, a beautiful, held together creation, takes time.
We as socio-emotional creatures, must understand our individual stitching and access what is needed through associating ourselves with personal behavior habits and patterns that better ourselves and allow our inner threads to remain tacked even when the quilt isn't in the best of shape.
Because of this:
What you might see as a closure, as a fall, might be anothers awakening rise. More so, what you might take for granted, another individual may be praying day and night for. Thus, no matter how hard you might think your situation is, it can always be far worse. Far better things are always ahead, if you have the courage and consistency to keep stitching into the right direction and comprehend aspects. We all have the ability to sense corrective-ness from incorrective-ness. We fix, we mold, we shape.
In conclusion,
the amount of falls we part take in, shows no indication of the matter of successes we have the ability to accomplish. Most of the time, it is within a steep decline we learn and grow through the magnification of the depth.
Someone close to me once said, "God gives his strongest soldiers his toughest battles."
