If you don't know what to wear and need inspiration for the fall, you have come to the right place. These are just a few of many things a guy should own and wear for the fall season. I'm obviously not a fashion major so I may not know what I'm talking about, but these are just ideas and my own experiences and opinions. It's just so much fun to wear clothing pieces that are correlated to the season, so enjoy!
Turtlenecks

Although Arizona is still pretty hot for its first week of November, it's still fun to dress up when you want and turtlenecks are the perfect piece for a fall wardrobe. These can be styled with any type of pants, from jeans for a throwback look, to some trousers or plaid pants for a more sophisticated look. They can be a nice base to layer a jacket over with a matching belt, shoes and a satchel. Turtlenecks are such a timeless piece.
Plaid

Plaid in the fall is always the way to go whether it from flannels as a layering piece to plaid pants for a more festive and vibrant look. The plaid pants shown above can be dressed down by throwing on a band tee or dressed up with a turtleneck or a long sleeve layered with a jacket of your choosing. Personally, my favorite colors for fall include: orange, brown, maroon, and a darker green. A flannel can go perfect with white or gray tops, and can also be tied along the waist for a different style approach.
The color Brown & Orange

I love the color brown/orange for fall, it just screams autumn. If you want to stay on theme I would highly recommend getting clothing pieces that are brown or orange. It can be anything in that color range from hoodies, pants, shorts, long- sleeves, it just makes you look better.
Corduroy

Corduroy is probably my favorite clothing item out of this list! I love anything Curduroy because it gives the outfit so much texture. I don't think that's the word I was looking for but it enhances the outfit so much and makes it look like you tried. Corduroy pants can be styled with almost any top and corduroy jackets are a great layering piece, especially because they are thick. Since those types of jackets can be a little thicker, they are also perfect for winter.
Boot Socks and Birkenstocks

When you don't feel like getting out of bed, throw this on and you'll be good to go. Since the sock is a little thicker they can keep your feet nice and warm. Birkenstocks can be very comfortable only after when they are broken in. This combo is perfect for not trying too hard, still looking decent, and staying nice and warm for the cooler season.
