The Essential Fall Bucket List For You And Your Best Friend

Shockingly enough, I've never done ANYTHING on this list. So try not to judge me, and I'll forgive you even if you do.

Between school and work, I don't have too much time to do stuff with my best friend. However, I definitely will be making time to fulfill all nine of these fall bucket List tasks this October and November. I am SO excited!

1. Carve a Pumpkin

Yes, I'm basic, I know...

I know you're probably thinking, "She just said this was a bucket list full of stuff she's never done, so why is this on here?"... No, I've never carved a pumpkin. Hold your judgements until the end, please.

2. Watch Hocus Pocus

I've never seen like any Disney movie, so don't let this shock you either.

Everyone's jaw ALWAYS hits the ground when I tell them I've never seen "Hocus Pocus." So, don't worry, you aren't the first and probably won't be the last either.

3. Bake Cookies from Scratch

Yes, of course I've baked cookies.... just not from scratch!

I've always pictured myself in the kitchen with fall candles lighting up the house and a Halloween movie playing in the background while I'm making cookies from scratch with flour all over the kitchen... I've just never done it.

4. Go to a fair

Nope, I've literally never been to a fair.

Even though I've never actually attended a fair, I can still smell the nachos and funnel cakes and hear the bells and whistles of all the games. I've been dying to actually make this happen, not only for the food but for the Instagram pictures as well, too. DUH.

5. Bake a Homemade Apple Pie

I usually just buy this pre-made at Walmart. Let's be honest.

Although it seems like a lot more work and more expensive, I really would enjoy baking a homemade apple pie! I think we can all agree that homemade pies are much better than store bought pies!

6. Paint a Pumpkin

We all know us basic girls have to include SOMETHING with an initial of some sort. #sorrynotsorry

We can all agree that this pumpkin is CUTE! I want to paint one so bad!!!

7. Find a Recipe and Make a New Soup

A warm bowl of soup when it's cold outside IS the best!!

There's only a few soups I have made from scratch, but I definitely want to try making something like a homemade broccoli cheddar soup! Sounds so yummy!

8. Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Fall time is the best because I live for pumpkin EVERYTHING!

I love the packaged pumpkin seeds from the grocery store, so I think it would be yummy to roast some at home with some brown sugar and cinnamon!! SO yummy!

9. Buy a Fall Graphic Tee

This is more than just a want... it's definitely a NEED. Like a fall essential. For sure. 100%.

Daily Fun Lists

One of the most dreaded places on campus is the library. Nothing awesome ever happens here. Usually, the only reason you're here is because you've procrastinated so long that the library is the only place you'll actually get stuff done. It gives you this feeling of sadness and impending doom. You have no idea how this is going to go or how long you'll be here, but you do know it is about to be the most excruciating experiences yet. But it has to get done, so you drag yourself to the lovely library.

With each new year comes new goals.

Deciding on a goal can be hard, unsure of what to change for this new year. A new goal for myself is to be happier and take care of myself more. I am a very driven person; so driven that I commit to a million and ten things.

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.
