Living a happy life is the good life. How can you accomplish this without some important key facts? Part of living a happy life is being healthy and that means incrementing a particular diet plan into your life. If you want to lose weight or just live a healthy lifestyle, I have the perfect solution to solve all of your problems, and that is the “F-Factor Diet Plan.”

There are many diets that people so willfully choose to lose weight or to simply live a more productive life. However, I swear by the F-Factor diet above all others.

The F-Factor Diet is simple. It's unlike most other diets. This plan, developed by Tanya Zuckerbrot (MS, RD), assists in the reduction of a person's overall weight without impacting their eating patterns and/or physical activities. Backed up by scientific studies, Zuckerbrot's plan focuses on the significance of fiber. Hence, how Zuckerbrot established the name the F-Factor, "F," standing for fiber, the most important element in the diet. Fiber makes a person feel full faster.

The reason for many users obsessing over the F-Factor is due to the promised results without having to change their lifestyle. This is big for those who are trying to lose weight. Many people aren't willing to give up the foods they enjoy most. That is why a lot of the time they don't end up with the results they want. Since weight gain corresponds with the over-consumption of calories, the fiber diet Tanya swears by prompts one to eat less. Just another reason why F-Factor is the plan to choose and abide by.

The F-Factor Diet contains different recipes and over 75 recommendations for users to benefit from so they can live a more productive life. Tanya's book goes into much detail about the preparation of meals at home, what to include in them, and how to achieve each person's aspired goals.

Most programs and diets typically involve workout programs and personal trainers, however, Tanya Zuckerbrot felt as if there was a much easier way to achieve the same results. Eating foods high in fiber content, such as fruits, nuts, legumes, whole grains, and vegetables, allow users to eat less and also achieve that same level of satisfaction with remarkably reducing cravings.

Besides achieving optimal weight loss and being an overall healthier human, these fiber rich-foods cause users to be more successful and productive at whatever task they are trying to accomplish. Some benefits of a fiber diet are the reduction of hypertension and constipation, lowered risk of colon and breast cancer, better skin and sleep, heightened energy levels, and many more to name few.

If you thought fiber was the only thing you'd be eating for months, or even years, you thought wrong! Studies have shown that the combination of both protein and fiber increase the feeling of fullness more than either ingredient on their own. Some examples of this are almond butter with an apple and turkey or chicken with whole-grain bread sandwiches. Although you are consuming less food, you are still acquiring all the right nutrients crucial for the body.

Hence, the F-Factor Diet has been proven successful by many. With this approach, any person can lead a healthier, more productive life with losing weight. I promise you that if you follow the diet correctly, you will see results.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way.
