15 Exercises You Can Do Without Equipment

For those of us that can't afford to go to a gym or just don't have the time to go!

While these all may seem very self-explanatory, a lot of people do them wrong and don't even realize it. I have been one of those people, so to be able to get the best results you have to be able to do them right. There are also might be a few you didn't even know existed. These can be done while you're just watching a movie or waiting for your laundry to finish drying, they will take all of 30 minutes to complete a decent amount of each of them.

These are just a few options there are probably hundreds of different ones that you can choose from but these are just a few options to get you started.
