Exercise: The Greatest Motivation

We have all known about the different types of exercise that we can do in our lives to improve our health but it is often forgotten as a form of motivation. Most of my life I have had great experiences in terms of exercising and having some great opportunities that allowed me to exercise. People now often find that exercising is a more of a burden rather an activity, which is because many people no longer have the kind of time as they did before busy lifestyles. The opportunity to exercise is often stripped away from many people due to their work life or their busy schedules.

How can exercise be one of the most motivational things that someone can do? There are a few reasons and the first is that it requires someone to make the extra effort in physical strength and allows you to tap into your own mind and push yourself through pain and any other feeling that may prevent you from being the best you can be. The second reason is that excercising can change you mentally and physically. Aside from becoming more fit and getting a better looking body, your mental health improves tremendously by getting away from stress and other things that may be troubling to one person.

Excercising is the main challenge that many people face but the key to overcoming that challenge is not looking at it as a challenge at all but rather a greater opportunity. It gives people a motivation that they may have never experienced before and gives people a reason to work harder in their lives. Every day I am pushing myself further in terms of physical and emotional endurance. I have made myself a schedule, enabling me to balance out my work load and my time to excercise. In class, I am more energized and feel the urge to concentrate and work harder because I have already experienced excercising that has allowed me to push myself.

There are many ways that exvcercising can fit into someone's lifestyle especially the most busy of lifestyles. As i have said before I learned how to fit it into my own schedule and now excercising is one of my main hobbies that has enabled the rest of my schedule to fit around quite well. It is up to you as a person to make a change in your own life meaning that you need to make the change on your own and see how the change can add up to be able to enable someone to become a better person for the rest of their life. The motivation that stems from exercising is one of the greatest feelings that anyone can experience in their lives and experience it over and over again.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
