A lot can change in a year. Even during a five year span your life will change greatly. even if the present and past have been grim, your future will be brighter than the stars. If suicide is on your mind, please remember this: you are loved; you are cared for; you will always be missed. Please never think otherwise.

There is always somebody who will listen to you. There are hotline you can talk to, so help can be within your reach. The numbers are 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433) or 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). The numbers run 7 days a week, 24 hours a day anywhere within the United States. The operators will do all what they can to help you. You will be remembered by them if you attempt.

The hospital staff will always remember their suicide victims. They are the first to help in this situation and do what they can to help whoever attempted it. Doctors and nurses care about you. Your family will highly miss you and will do what they can to help you.

Always remember that your life will get better, never take your own life. Help is always available. Talk to a friend, or somebody you know if you do not want to call the Hotline. There are also websites online to contact if you do not want to talk on the phone.
