Every Eye Shadow Lover's Dream

Building your own palette.

Every Eye Shadow Lover's Dream
Simply Sona

Although you think that $40 is a lot for 6 eye shadows, it comes down to $6.67 per shadow.

Drugstore single shadows come out to being around $5, so for a high end shadow being under $7, it's a steal. (Well, if you buy it in the palette and you just wanted one, they're $12)

Left To Right: Diamond Darling (Shimmering Frost,) La La Lavish (Iridescent Lavender,) Glitz Factor (Metallic Copper,) Gimme Gorgeous (Matte Camel,) Spoiled Sexy (Matte Mauve,) and No Faux (Iridescent Snakeskin.)

These colors are so pigmented and creamy. My favorite thing about this palette though, has to be that you choose what colors you want. We all have those palettes that we have our eyes on, but one or more colors in there are ones we won't reach for. We contemplate if the palette is worth it for the shade we won't use. With this, you pick the colors, so you know that you'll be getting a good use out of the product. Plus, these shadows will last you forever!

Let me know if you guys would like a tutorial on this palette.

On the Upper East Side, Blair Waldorf is an icon. She's what every girl aspires to be. She's beautiful, confident, and can handle any obstacle that life throws at her. Sure, she may just be a television character. But for me, she's a role model and theres a lot that can be learned from Queen B.

We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
