So who doesn't love handmade? I have yet to really find someone who doesn't like something handmade whether that be food, clothes, skin care, etc. Here are some fun Etsy shops that can cater to the college kid's budget:

1. Salt and Sugar Shop

This Etsy shop features handmade bath and body products that start at $3! They have a variety of scents. They are located in Ohio!

2. Woodczech

This Etsy shop makes adorable fabric earrings for under $8!

3. The Twisted Crafts

Do you consider yourself a geek? They feature a variety of options made of old comics from bookmarks to wallets to jewelry. Their prices start at $3.50 and go up from there.

4. Creative Vinyl for you

Who doesn't love cute little mason jars with a vinyl on it? From mermaids to fairies to wintery scenes.

5. Twisted Knot Headbands

She makes adorable, affordable turban style headbands that do tie in the back! I have been eyeing a few of these myself!

These are just 5 shops I've found cute, interesting, and affordable! I love shopping small because I may be helping another college student pay for school, a family pay some bills, etc. If you have some favorite small shops you love feel free to drop a link in the comments because I love finding new shops and others may too!

**** I get no compensation from sharing these shops. The owners have been told they were featured.

Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
