Stress is all around us. No matter the intensity or cause, it's something that everyone experiences. Instead of reaching in the medicine cabinet for something synthetic, try taking a more natural approach by using essential oils. doTERRA is the brand my family likes to use. I will share with you below the best oils to use for your mood.

Worried: Cedarwood, Geranium, Serenity Calming Blend

Angry: Arborvitae, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang

Stressed: AromaTouch Massage Blend, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver

Restless/Lack of Concentration: Rosemary, Lavender, Balance Grouding Blend, Intune Focus Blend

Nervous: Clary Sage, Bergamot

I personally love to use the lavender one to really give me the boost to focus during a study session or before I have to take an exam. Chamomile is my favorite for when I just have a lot going on, a lot of tasks to complete, or I'm just completely overwhelmed. Essential oils are made from all natural plants and flowers. They do not contain anything synthetic and are overall better for your health. So, next time you're feeling uneasy grab for an oil instead of a synthetic!

We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
