Since it is summer and everyone is going on vacations, there are several things you will need to bring that are essential and some that you should not bring. Vacations are fun to go on if you're with your family or even your friends, and having a list so you know how to pack will make sure you do not forget anything at home.
Packing list:
1. Clothes
Yes, this sounds like an no-brainer idea, but the true questions is how much should you bring? Well, my answer to that is depends on where you are going and how long you are going. If you go to the beach for two weeks, you will need at least six shirts, six shorts, bathing suits, several sets of undergarments, a couple pairs of long pants, and two sweatshirts in case it gets cold. Most vacation houses come with a washer and drier so you can do laundry.
2. Shoes
Well, this goes along with the first one; how many to bring? Well again it depends on where you are going and what kind of conditions are you going to encounter? Well if you are going to the beach you will need flip-flops, tennis shoes, and water shoes, and maybe bring a couple pairs of each.
3. Personal belongings (Toiletries)
You will need to bring your shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair brush, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste, cologne or perfume, make up for ladies, and a hair dryer and straightener or curling iron. Yes, you will need to bring these; most places do not provide them. Just don't forget your hair brush (it's happened to me, so it's easy to forget in all of the excitement.)
4. Miscellaneous
In this category you will find your laptop, cell phone, cell phone and laptop chargers, any board/card games you will want to play, blankets, pillows, any outdoor games you will want to play, and books. If you are taking summer classes, it is always good to bring your supplies along, even though when you are on vacation you are not going to be wanting to do homework.
