As the 2016 election looms closer and closer, and the choices seem to get scarier and scarier, Google searches about moving out of the U.S. have been rising exponentially. Just in case you are also looking to jump ship, here is a list of great locations that may be the perfect place for millennials to escape -- I mean relocate -- to.

1. London

London is the world's seventh most diverse city, with more than 300 languages spoken there. Plus, it is constantly growing, changing, and expanding, making it a fascinating blend of old and new.

2. Tokyo

If you are interested in starting a career in the tech field, head on over to Tokyo and get immersed. Not only are they one of the most booming economies in the world, they also have one of the world's highest rates of civic participation.

3. Berlin

If you want to be a part of the hip, trendy art and music scene, Berlin is the place for you. And with their extensive subway, tram, and bus systems, you will never have to worry about getting to your favorite EDM club or movie premiere on time.

4. Seoul

One of the most environmentally conscious cities, Seoul is focused on sustainable and affordable energy, making life there a little bit better for the Earth.

5. Paris

It is unsurprising that Paris is the world's fashion mecca, putting it on the map as one of the most dream worthy cities for young people.

6. Toronto

I know, surprising, right? If you are hoping to run through the six with your woes, then this is your lucky day. Toronto is often ranked in the top as a city that encourages diversity, youth employment, economic status, and nightlife. Who would have guessed that we could find salvation right across the border?

Now go, do research, register to vote in November, and make your voice heard. But maybe keep tabs on those ticket prices just in case.

It happens to all of us, the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas the catch up with you.

Thanksgiving Break is most likely everyone’s favorite break during the fall semester. You get to go home and reminisce with all your high school friends. That diet you’ve been on for the past month goes out the window, and you get to eat until you put yourself into a food coma. There’s no rush on homework and you can just lie in bed and Netflix to your heart’s content. To me that sounds like an ideally wonderful break, and totally stress-free.
