It's a wonderful part of life when you can experience every season of the year. Sometimes it's too hot or too cold, but Fall is the season when you're warm enough and still cute in your knit sweater, leggings, and boots. Not only are the outfits our favorite, but the leaves are changing and there's so much going on to celebrate it.

Erie knows how to celebrate the seasons. Here are the best spots to spend your weekends during the fall months:

1. North East Wine Festival

Fall starts at the North East Wine Fest. Multiple locations set the scene for fair food, vendors, and unlimited wine tasting. The smell of concord grapes in the air is satisfying and sweet, and cute spots for coffee and dinner down the street. There's even a grape stomping contest you can participate in!

2. Peek'n Peak Fall Festival

Just half an hour out of Erie, Peek'n Peak has great food and activities for the whole family. Walk around and purchase homemade jewelry, candles, and artwork. You can also pick pumpkins and fruit. If you're of age, there's a beer garden as well. You can also ride the ski lift, visit the petting zoo, and watch the pumpkin canyon shoot down the hill.

3. Pumpkin Picking

Mason Farms has a large variety of fresh produce and a pumpkin patch that you can stroll through and select from. The true fall activity is to walk through a patch and pick your own pumpkin.

4. Thirteen Levels of Fear

Fall is even better because of Halloween. Conneaut Lake offers 13 different hauntings for you to experience every weekend leading up to Halloween.

5. Port Farms Harvest Festival

Wagon rides, a corn maze, a slide mountain, and so much more. It's a great spot for friends and family to experience a real fall day. Jam-packed with fun activities, it's definitely worth your while.

6. Apple Picking

There are several locations across Erie that let you go out to the fields and pick your own fruit. From apples to grapes and pears, grab a basket and pick your own snack!

7. Wintergreen Gorge

A classic spot, the gorge is filled with lots of colors and trails that lead you down to a large creek and pool with a rope swing. It's a large and somewhat steep trail but it's a great way to spend your day with a real climb.

8. Night Hike

Asbury Woods is a fun, family-friendly walk. During the fall, you can hike in the moonlight and hear historically haunting ghost stories.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
