College students are falling victim to an epidemic sweeping across college campuses everywhere. Some signs and symptoms of this epidemic include, headaches, grinding teeth, neck pain, back pain, muscle spasms, ringing in ears, cold or sweaty hands, dry mouth, frequent colds, hives, heartburn, stomach aches, nausea, difficulty breathing, increased or decreased appetite, insomnia, nightmares, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, crying, fidgeting, and reduced work efficiency. Recognizing and treating this epidemic can be difficult to do but it is essential that every college student figures out a way to fight back against this epidemic. In case you have not yet figured it out, this epidemic is stress. There are plenty of ways to stop stress from taking over your life but you must first step back, accept that you are stressed and make time for self care.

Remember that this epidemic is unavoidable and can be terribly dangerous.
