True Beauty (Yaongyi)

Hats off to the creator for the colors and brushwork truly capture every characters emotion, thought process and personality; the artwork in True Beauty is so appealing that one doesn't even have to like the story to read it not that you will have to because the story is as entertaining as the art pieces.

The plot revolves around a high school student who is not accepted by others at school because of her physical appearance. She, instead, turns to cosmetics to change her image and quite literally does because with her make up she looks like a completely new person. She intends to keep her true appearance a secret until a small mishap chooses to make her life miserable if she isn't careful.

Edith (Swansgarden)

This story is more than a romantic struggle between the three. The crux of the plot revolves around a young woman named Edith who is finding her way out in the world looking for security, love and most of all acceptance. She struggles with her love life when two men enter her life: ones the Prince Charming of her dreams and the other the complete opposite who doesn't care about happy endings. With her struggling work, low self confidence and confusing love life, Edith certainly has a lot of balls to juggle!

I Love Yoo (Quimchee)

Two guys one girl may seem like the same classic story but I love Yoo will surely surprise you at every turn. Shin-Ae, troubled by her past, wants nothing to do with people and certainly anything to with romance. She is content with her quiet life when suddenly events take an unexpected turn and she finds her self far from her comfort zone.

If you are a fan of drama this will surely excite you because two rich guys interested in the same girl does seem to create a lot tension.

Eleceed (Jeho Son/ZHENA)

This Webtoon is more on the fantasy side so, if rom-com makes you sick this ones for you. Eleceed's plot revolves around a high school boy and his cat which isn't actually as feline as it seems. Together the cat who is a secret agent and Jiwoo embark on a journey to defeat those who cross their paths.

Jiwoo is a combination of both adorable and smart; he is kind hearted and generous towards all living creatures and will put his life down for the innocent.

Age Matters (Enjelicious)

How would it feel like if you got a job unknowingly in a company you strongly detest? Age Matters follows the 29 year old Rose Choi who has given up hope for love and a job, but through a turn of events she suddenly finds her self the employee of a company she hates.

Enters Daniel Yoon who is one of the most successful CEO of his generation and is also who Rose's boss. Age Matters redefines love and friendship in the most creative and funniest way possible.

Spirit Fingers (Han Kyoung Chal)

This story is as vibrant, creative and fun as the poster. Meet Amy Song, a teenager who lacks self confidence. She is easily pushed down by others and doubts her every action. But, Amy is pulled out side of her comfort zone when she joins the Spirit Fingers an art club where she finds her set of people who truly accept her and make her love herself.

Lore Olympus (Rachel Smythe)

Lore Olympus is different from the typical Webtoon both in terms of story and art. The author has done a phenomenal job of painting a vivd picture of Persephone and her journey stepping outside for the first time from the protection of her mother Demeter.

The author has put an interesting spin on the stories of Greek Mythology depicting Gods and Goddesses behavior as mundane as possible. Rachel Smythe's reconstruction of Persephone's Abduction is definitely worth your time.

Gourmet Hound (Leehama)

Who doesn't love food? Well, Lucy certainly does and to highlight her love for food she also has an uncanny ability to detect each ingredient in a dish just by smell! She puts her talent to use as she tries to find the chef she has always loved the cooking of at her favorite restaurant when it changed its staff.

Lucy's journey along with help from her friends at Gourmet Hound is certainly one to read.

If you love cute puppies this Webtoon is for you. Well, Lumine is not exactly a puppy but an adorable young boy who is also a werewolf. His life takes and unexpected turn when he is hired to be a witch boy's bodyguard. As Lumine will soon comes to find, being a bodyguard for a boy who wants nothing to do with him and defies his every attempt to protect him can be quite a challenge.
