Can you smell that? That's the smell of the semester slowly, but finally coming to an end. How did we get here? I have no idea, but at least we all barely made it through. With the fact that summer is creeping up around the corner, don't let that hinder you from giving up just yet. Finish the semester strong... or just finish the semester.

Here are a few tips/meme to help guide you through the rest of your semester —

When people say the final won't be that bad...don't trust them. Study like it's going to be hard. For all you know, they're just saying it's easy so their grade will be on the higher end of the spectrum.

Be there for each other. We are all going through the same struggle of trying to survive these last few weeks. Let your friends know that you're dying on the inside too. Misery loves company.

Don't forget to eat. Food gives you energy. You need energy to study. You need to study to pass. You need to pass to enjoy summer. You need summer to live.

Be patient and positive. There is going to be that Sunday when you don't need an alarm for Monday morning.

Believe in yourself. Motivate yourself.

Even if you don't believe in yourself... lie.

Don't forget to sleep. Your brain won't retain any information you're studying if you are sleep deprived. Don't torture yourself like that.

It's OK to have a breakdown once in awhile but wipe those tears so you can see your notes when you study.

It's all about the confidence. Just because your brain is fried, don't let your teachers know how done you are.

When it is time to take those finals, always go with your gut instinct. Don't overthink.

Remember, you only have a few more weeks of this suffering. You won't have to see anyone from school for a couple months. FREEDOM is just around the corner.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
