Those last few weeks of the semester always seem to drag on and often seem like the most stressful. When the end of the semester is drawing near, it's important to stay focused, study hard and most importantly, take care of yourself. At the end of the semester you may experience the following:
Having so much to do yet not knowing which task to tackle first.
Not being able to fall asleep after a physically and mentally exhausting day of stressing yourself out because your mind won't slow down.
Wanting to take a personal day because of a lack of motivation to continue checking things off your to do list.
An empty stomach because you're trying to make last week's groceries last to avoid throwing food out before leaving for break.
Feeling like you cannot possibly shove more information into your brain after studying for hours on end.
While the end of the semester may be stressful, just remember to push through it and all of your hard work will be worth it in the end.
