In This Article:

In today's world, there are so many emotions, along with emotions that are somehow being invented every day. We have twenty thousand emotions for feeling happy for every degree from happy to excited to crazy. On the flip side, we also have double of the happy emotions to describe our feelings of sadness. On top of that, there are miscellaneous emotions that allow us to feel different degrees of these emotions, like depressed, stressed and hate. However, we never have once thought about why these emotions even came to play, and we never questioned them, we just experienced them.

1. Hate

Hate is often defined as intense hostility and aversion usually deriving from fear, anger, or sense of injury. Hate is a really powerful word. This word could harm someone in ways that are unexpected because of how powerful it is. It is a word that diminishes self- confidence and self- esteem, but for some reason, people really love to use it to describe things. This word should not even exist in today's world. We have so many innovations and amazing aspects of this world, but still, people tend to not appreciate them. Hate is a strong word and it simply should not be used. Instead, replace hate with a word like dislike.

2. Stress

Stress. Another big one in the world today. I have to say, just thinking about the word stress stresses me out. We have stress literally all the time in our lives, and at times even the best of us are not able to cope with it. This word gives many, including me, anxiety about everything simply because of the environment we live in today. As people. some of us are good at coping with stress, but there are a plethora of us who are not, which makes it hard to live in this world because with stress comes even more problems that are simply unnecessary in this world. In the end, the word stress should have simply never even been invented. This should totally be erased from everyone's mind and replaced with a phrase like swamped with work.

3. Anger

Anger. Okay, this is a word that is used a lot to describe a high sense of frustration, but it is still a really harsh word. If someone tells you that they are angry, it simply makes you want to go away. However, instead, if someone said that they were frustrated maybe you would politely want to ask them if you could help. This harsh word can also cause someone to feel unwanted which is not always what you are going for. Instead, simply replace the word with a kinder one like frustrated or not very happy. Trust me it will make you and the person your talking to feel better.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
