Finals week is here my friends. The most bittersweet week for every single college student. The finals hurt so badly, and all the preparation is brutal BUT after we conquer finals then it's time for sweet beautiful home. Home cooked meals, high school friends, family, and all the good things that come with being home. So here is something that everyone can relate too, emotions we all feel during this awfully bittersweet week.

About to kill this exam.

First exam is here, you got a nice sleep the night before and you got this...maybe. You know it is the first exam, so you are tired but you got it. Nothing can stop how hype you are because you know the material and finals week has started which means you can go home in a few days. BLESSED.

Walking out of the exam.

Its alright it only exam one, it didn't go as planned, but I got this. Exam two is about to be an A. Okay so you looked at the first question and cried a little. It's okay, it happens to all of us. You also didn't get your grade back, so it's fine, you may have done better than you thought. Optimism is key.

Library Round 2.

Yep you are back to a place that feels like hell. It is not, its just the library but you just want it all to end. One final and you are tapping out. No matter how many cups of coffee, you are still tired. You get that call from your parents and they keep encouraging you and after not knowing everything on the first exam, you got this. Motivation is back and all of a sudden you are in drive and the GPA is rising one flashcard at a time.

Trying to pack and study at the same time.

Its time to pack up and you have to study..why don't I have people for that. I can't do it all. But everything is fine. When is the appropriate time to take a break and pack? You want to do well, but you are also trying to be packed so after your last final you can roll out of campus.

You are tired.

Lack of sleep is getting to you.. Are you delirious? I mean maybe but that isn't stopping you. Bring on the sleepiness, you can do it... toss back the shots of espresso the same way you would on a Saturday night. Don't worry everyone I am right there with you...On a normal weekend we say one tequila, two tequila, three tequila Floor...Finals we say...One espresso, two espresso, three espresso, Study!

Your roommate leaves.

Your roommate is the one who keeps you sane, and they are leaving for the summer a few days before you, they are going to let you struggle. Its' over, it goes down hill from here. Well the roommate leaves, you are by yourself. Call it quits now.

Last Exam here we go.

You did it, in a few hours you will be done for the semester. It is the home stretch. It's here!! You did it, the last final is here and you can leave. You can't wait to just jump into the car and drive home, especially if you know that mom has dinner waiting for you.

HOME!

HOME HERE I COME. Now of course the summer is going to be filled with work and trying to make money, but the opening of the text book is done!! HONEY IM HOME

we can do it, only a few weeks left and then we are FREE. Keep studying everyone, we got this.

The Battle Between College And My Mental Health

College isn't easy, and I'm afraid I'm not going to make it at the rate my mental health is going.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?

For the average 20-something, life moves pretty fast. You’ve got classes, friends, relationships, jobs, family, and whatever else we overcommit ourselves with. I probably should have learned to say no to adding more to my schedule a long time ago, but instead here are 11 things that can be more helpful than coffee.

Resting b***h face. Defined as a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to. Many of you suffer from this "condition." You are commonly asked what's wrong, when nothing is. What people don't know is that is just your facial expression. Here are some things they wish you knew.
