Eleven Reasons Why I’m Ready for November 9th, 2016
  1. First and foremost, it’s a Wednesday aka Hump Day aka almost Friday aka I’m already looking forward to the weekend
  2. I can listen to Spotify without an interrupting campaign ad
  3. I can watch prime time TV without any campaign commercials and can now watch all the premature Christmas commercials
  4. There will be no more obnoxious signs on the highway
  5. We are closer to Thanksgiving aka let’s feast
  6. We are closer to Christmas holla
  7. I can stop awkwardly avoiding conversations with friends about politics
  8. Facebook is once again a place for funny animal videos
  9. I can add all my family members back on Facebook that got too heated in this election season
  10. We can focus on other current events that are just as important (like hello I don’t think we spent enough time mourning the loss of the Great Barrier Reef)
  11. We can celebrate the coming of a new President #goUSA

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
