A lot of people say that living in the country is boring. There's nothing to do and they'd rather be close to the city. But for me, I love living in the country and here are eight reasons why I love it so much.
1. The wide open spaces where the neighbors aren't so close.
2. The close-knit community where everyone knows your name
3. NO TRAFFIC. This is the best part of living away from the city.
4. My church that feels more like a home rather than just somewhere I go on Sunday.
5. The huge stars that our wide open spaces allow us to see at night.
6. No dress code, which means being able to go outside in whatever pleases you.
7. Seeing corn fields instead of buildings.
8. Being able to enjoy peace and quiet instead of the city noises.
I couldn't pick a better place to live and I'm thankful for my small environment. Being in the country is amazing and I'm thankful for everything that it brings along with it.
