Ed Sheeran is Back

We have finally been blessed with brand new Ed Sheeran music. After Ed took a year off, he’s finally back with not one, but TWO singles!

The names of these singles are Shape of You and Castle On The Hill.

What do we know about these new songs? (Besides the fact that they are really good).

Some things we’ve learned is Castle On The Hill is about Ed Sheeran’s hometown. You can hear him sing this song live here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ytb7J0ciBcE (Also, check out Ed’s new ÷ guitar for this next album… it’s coming!!)

The other single, Shape of You, was originally written for Rihanna. After listening to it, I’m not sure I could imagine Rihanna sing this song but it’s definitely an interesting enough fact.

Ed was grateful enough to give us two brand new singles instead of just one after a whole year without him. Unfortunately, still, we’re left to wonder where is the new album ÷ and how long are we going to have to wait for it?

At least we have something while we wait…

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
