Do you struggle with wanting to go out and drink but also wanting to order pizza when you get home?

It is super important to maintain a healthy diet while balancing the calories that come along with drinking. But first, let me not sugarcoat this; you have to be routinely eating healthy in order to balance the calories. You can't wake up one morning and say, "I'm going out tonight, so I'm going to eat healthy today!" No. That won't work, sorry. Here are some ideas to get you started for each meal:

Breakfast:

1. Hard boiled eggs with toast (one of my favorites)

2. Yogurt and granola: hefty and filling

3. DIY: egg white pancake (mama Stone's recipe): You take a small pan and spray it with pam. Then, add shredded cheese and let it melt till it is almost burnt (usually about five minutes). After, add the egg white mix and let it sit as you would for a pancake. When it bubbles, use some Bobby Flay skills and flip that pancake! Wait another two minutes and you're good to go!

Lunch:

1. Turkey and cheese roll-ups (SUCH a classic, but always a favorite of mine) However, be conscious if you have had cheese in your breakfast because cheese adds up! Cheese is good for you in portions.

2. Salad with protein, always a go-to.

3. Sushi: super filling and full of protein, however make sure to get soy bean paper! Rice is heavy and would be a great grain but not for lunch, go for the rice during dinner!

Dinner:

1. Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables: it may not sound great and it may not seem like it will fill you up, but it will. Add a piece of bread in there if you're drinking that night. Feel free to add some soy sauce for flavor as well.

2. Zucchini Linguine: possibly one of my favorite Italian dishes. It's pasta, in VEGETABLE FORM. Whoa. It fills you up so fast too because zucchini is all water! Add some red sauce and you're good to go.

3. Turkey burgers: The key is, instead of using a bun, buy a head of lettuce and use the large pieces to make a lettuce wrap withy our burger. It is unreal.

So now that you have an idea of some meals to start with let's talk about the fun stuff, alcohol. After eating healthy all day, you now have some calories to spare, go you!

What you have to decide before you start drinking is WHAT you will be drinking. Shots, mixed drinks, beer? Vodka? Rum? My best advice would be to stick to one and one only for the night. The more you mix, the more calories you add! And make sure you're keeping track of what you're drinking. And also make sure to never put your drink down, walk away, and then come back to it. What you have to realize is that yes, drinking is calories and there's no way around it. I hate when people say, "I can't drink because the calories!" I'm sorry but girl, air is calories these days; if you want to drink, you consume the calories and move on with your life.

Drunk eating. The most amazing kind of eating, but also the worst type that can leave you regretting more than the boy you got with that night. THINK HEALTHY! Get some carrots and hummus! I'm telling you now, hummus is addicting. Yogurt and granola? My advice, add some honey and you'll be good to go. Just be conscious of what you're consuming and do not let your body get out of control. Be smart and be safe!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
