Living off-campus can be difficult in college, especially since we’re oftentimes too busy to cook a decent meal for ourselves. We fall into the trap of thinking we don’t have enough time to come home and cook since we leave early for classes, and come back late in the evening. While eating out is tempting, here are some simple meals you can make and conveniently take on the go for a quick meal during the day.
1. Lettuce wraps
This is a simple way to eat healthy and make use of some leftovers in the fridge. This low-calorie option is perfect for when you want to have a meal that’s easy to store in your bag.
