Go abs? Yes you do! We all do believe it or not. Some are just more visible than others depending on body fat levels, muscle tissue, and genetics! But aside all that, I want to help teach you how you can get down to the core to have abs like never before! Our abdominals are compressed of 3 layers:
1. Transverse Abdominus
2. Rectus Abdominus
3. External Obliques
Your abdominals will develop the best by targeting and training these 3 layers in each ab routine! Don't know what ab exercises to do to target these muscles? Watch my video!
When I finish a lift early, I like to end my workout with some of these simple and quick exercises!
