It is no secret that I love a good, yummy drink. I'm constantly trying to find new ways to spice up my liquid consumption. So,as soon as that crisp Autumn air touched my skin, I was ready to indulge in all of the Fall treats that this world has to offer. The problem is, most of those treats will make me gain 10 lbs just by LOOKING at them. This delicious, healthy hot chocolate is sure to feed your sweet tooth without stretching your waistline. For a deeper cocoa taste, add a pinch of instant coffee. Not a coffee person? Leave it out! Also did I mention that, whipped topping and all, this yummy treat ONLY has 47 calories per serving?

You're only 3 minutes away from sipping this (dairy free) creamy drink that will keep the post-chocolate guilt away for good!

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk

-1 TBSP cocoa powder (100% unsweetened cacao)

-1/4 TSP vanilla extract

-3-4 packets Sweet and Low (or your favorite sweetener)

-pinch of instant coffee (optional)

-Fat-free whipped topping (optional)

-Dash of cinnamon to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

- Pour all ingredients into a blender, mix them together, pour into your favorite mug, and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds until hot.

-Add whipped topping and cinnamon if you'd like

-Enjoy!
