"Dumplin'" is the best Netflix movie ever. Welcome to my Ted Talk.

For the past few days, Netflix has been trying to force me to watch "Dumplin'." At first, I felt like it wasn't something I'd like, I mean c'mon another drama about pageant girls? I mean Insatiable was amazing but I couldn't put up with another big girl gone thin story. Eventually, aka after I finished binging "Total Drama Island" (still no shame), I caved.

As soon as the movie started I was hooked, I already felt a deep emotional connection to Willowdean and her Aunt Lucy. And then as if one of the Marvel directors was there, they killed her off. I get why they did it but Will and Aunt Lucy deserved better. That was the first time I was an emotional wreck.

Willowdean was doing so good for herself until pageant season rolled around. Then, of course, her annoying mom had to come and ruin everything. I love Jennifer Aniston with all my heart but she did such a good job playing a bad mom that I hated her. Can you imagine that? Hated the woman who was once Rachel Green???

The icing on the whole cake was Bo. That boy is dreamy and I wish I was working at Harpy's with him. He likes Willowdean no matter what and even though she's a little chunky he still wants to kiss her and date her. They are the couple of the year, even though they aren't real.

Then she overcomes her insecurities and absolutely kills that pageant, with the help of her new friends and the drag queens. Which back to my original point, AUNT LUCY DESERVED BETTER. Aunt Lucy even inspired a drag queen to get up on stage and become the best Dolly Parton impersonator ever.

ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, the whole soundtrack is Dolly Parton. The absolute country queen was the base of this whole movie. I literally named my car after the song Jolene. I was in Dolly heaven, it was almost as perfect as going to Dollywood, almost.

In conclusion, just watch the movie.
