Smoothies, juices, and water infusions AKA LIFE. Yes, I love water (who doesn't? It keeps us alive), but sometimes I like to mix it up. Drinks can provide a ton of unknown and unwanted calories, so knowing how to mix it up is important! Here are a few of my fav drinks to try so that you can swap out that sugary, Coca-Cola for something that makes you feel fresh and energized.
1. Cool Coco: Coconut water, mint, ice.
2. Mango-Tango: Pineapple (fresh or frozen), mango chuncks (frozen), fresh squeezed lime, & lemon sorbet.
3. Nutta Butta: banana, almond butter, honey, almond milk, and ice.
4. Summer lovin: watermelon, strawberries, orange (squeezed), mango (frozen), and mango sorbet.
5. Green baby: spinach, coconut water, lemon (squeezed), apple, ice.
6. Peachy-keen: Peaches, pineapple, ginger root, coconut water, celery stalks.
7. Water Infusion: cucumber, mint, pineapple.
8. Water Infusion: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries.
9. Straw-nana: strawberries (frozen), bananas (frozen or fresh), orange (squeezed), honey, and almond milk.
10. Juicer's special: ginger, beetroot, carrot, lemon, apple.
Of course, if you don't have all the ingredients for one of these drinks, you can just throw some of the ingredients you do have into the juicer/blender/water and hope for the best! This is how many of my random creations have come about, and they still taste awesome!
So, moral of the story? Whatever ya do, drank.
