This is also the time of the year to start new beginnings because nothing has to be the same every year. That's what I love about New Year's, you could become a whole new person. It's just like moving but it can happen every year. Although I have grown up to be the person I want to become, there is always little things that can be changed.
We all have New Year's resolutions, but we set the goals most of the time, just to do it. I have New Year's goals, but they aren't very original:
1. Be healthy.
2. Lose weight.
3. Work hard.
They might not be a lot but I decided not to set myself up for failure by giving myself 10 goals. Be smart, not working overly hard on things you can't accomplish. I used to make a list of 10 or more and it never gets done. Three things is manageable and effective. Once you get it done you'll feel a lot better about yourself.
