I think it's good to dream. After all, who doesn't want to live in a world where everything may or may not be unrealistic for minutes or even hours? I would gladly take you up on that offer, but there's a fine line where dreaming can be detrimental to your way of thinking.

It can create unrealistic scenarios where you might end up saying the phrase, "I wish," and then continue to sit there, munching on your Cheetos while starting a new Netflix series. Then, you might continue to sit there in misery thinking why your life isn't as perfect as you want it to be.

Here's a little tidbit of motivation...you can get closer to what you want to aspire to be. It just takes one simple tweak in your wording. Let's turn that "I wish" into an "I will." There, you're already on your way!

Everyone dreams and that's alright! It's actually amazing because dreaming allows you to think of things that you want to achieve in your daily life. The concern here is that some people just continue to dream about it instead of getting out of bed and making it happen. When these thoughts continue to build up in people's heads, they'll end up feeling upset that they aren't living life the way they are supposed to. It's never healthy to have a negative attitude towards life as that can lead to many issues.

The very first step one must take is to actually get off the couch or out of bed. Feel motivated to make this eventful thing happen! Doing this will increase your productivity more than you think.

Now, once you're up and walking, grab a journal, and write down your goals of what you have been dreaming about. Make it more achievable by planning out certain steps you can take to get there and the time you want to attain it by. Also, don't forget who or what will help you along the way. Surrounding yourself with an encouraging circle of people who all know what you want to achieve will improve your progress as well. They'll be reassuring you when times get rough or cheering you on when you're heading on the right path.

Keep your goals in a single file line, because if one slips out, you'll get in trouble (just like what your kindergarten teacher warned you about). It's your time to figure out what works better for you. Are you a visual person? Do you need to set alarms to remind you to do something? Do you need to reward yourself after every step of progress you make? Do whatever helps you progress further!

If you're a visual person, consider printing out a picture of your dream and place it in an area where you'll run into it frequently. You can even change your lock screen or desktop wallpaper to remind you often. If you need to set alarms as reminders, go ahead! That will not only remind you, but encourage you to go out and do it. If you need to reward yourself, eat that chocolate that you've been saving or go spend the night with some friends!

Before you know it, you will live life with a very optimistic view because you're putting tons of hard work into making your dreams come true. There will be times where you will want to just stop and give up, but you can't! If it's something that you REALLY want, then you need to go after it. My favorite tennis player, Roger Federer, says it best, "There is no way around the hard work. Embrace it."

Once you set your mind to it, you need to continue establishing your actions as a daily habit. Each day, you will be closer than you think, don't worry. You won't constantly be as disappointed as before when you were just sitting there wishing it would happen. Let's forget about that, you're a motivated individual now, you can do this! You have a stronger, healthier mind with lots of productivity, determination, and success flowing in.

You're an all-star, you're capable of achieving the impossible, and you're going to be seeing lots of improvements in your future because of the positive outlook you have on life and your determination to make the extraordinary happen!

Good luck on your journey!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
