Every day we are given so many new opportunities. Life is always changing and it seems like life keeps moving faster and faster.

There are so many things that we want to do and experience. There are so many obstacles in life and many things that we want to accomplish.

The clock never stops so why wait to do what you want?

If you just sit around and always think about what you want to do it will never get done. Just get up and do it. We don’t want to live a life full of regret. We want to live a life full of adventure.

Do things that you want to do and that make YOU happy. Don’t wait for things to happen, make them happen. Don’t hold yourself back because you are scared of what others might think or you are scared of the outcome, just do it.

Life is forever changing and time isn’t going to stop for you to make up your mind about something. Go do the things you never imagined you would. Life can be whatever you want it to be and it is going to be whatever you make it.

Why wait? Go on that crazy adventure. Go buy that dress that you’re not sure if you can pull off. Eat that extra scoop of ice cream or another cookie because you want to. Say the things you’ve always wanted to say. Just do what you’ve always wanted to do.

There are times where we want people to tell us what to do but sometimes we just have to do what we actually want to do. Go that extra mile for what you want.

Don’t let others stop you from doing you. You only get one life, so don’t waste it. Don’t regret the things you didn’t do, just go do it.

Don’t wait for the “perfect” time because that will never happen. Make it the perfect time. It will be the perfect time when you do what you want.

Why wait?

Just go accomplish what you want to do.

Go do what makes you happy.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
