First off, anyone who has ever told you not to get too muscular needs to be weeded out of your life because you don't need that negativity. Seriously, it's hard enough at times to get the motivation when all you want to do is get some extra hours of sleep. In the world we live in today there is a lot of hate, therefore you need to do your best to surround yourself with as much happiness and positivity as you can. Here's four ways to becoming strong, in every sense of the word.

1. Be Unique.

Women aren't supposed to be "muscular" or " strong willed". Why you ask? I'll tell you why, because it's scary. A women who is determined and has a passionate goal can be unstoppable. There are so many different body types out there and if I can give any advice to any women it would be to be unique. If being muscular is what you want to be then be it. Chase that dream.

2. Don't be afraid to be strong.

In any form, whether that be mental or physical, don't be afraid to be strong. Work hard to reach your goals and don't allow anyone tell you that it's unattractive to have muscles. So do your squats, run those miles, and smile while doing it all.

3. Stand up for yourself.

If you are proud of yourself and work hard, then stand up for that. There is nothing wrong with being proud of yourself whether you're on day 1 or day 100. Don't stop, don't give up, keep going. There will be people who try to change you or vere off that path. Keep going.

4. Don't listen to anyone who tells you you're too muscular.

You've worked your butt off for a while and earned every ounce of muscle you have. Embrace it all and keep going. Anyone who doesn't let you be you shouldn't be in your life anyways. It's hard to be what everyone wants you to be so screw that and be everything you want to be.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.
