The number one story going into the off-season was where in world is Tom Brady going, and to be honest with you, I don't think anybody knows. Not the Patriots, not the rest of the NFL, and likely not even Tom Brady himself.

Everyone in the media just wants a story and it is driving me insane. There are so many reports out there saying: Tom Brady wants to play with this team, or Tom Brady has been looking at houses in this part of the country, or Tom Brady's time with the New England Patriots is up. It's like anyone who has ever been within a ten-foot radius of Brady somehow has the inside scoop.

As an avid sports follower, I am split on how I feel about the whole thing.

On one end, I can appreciate everything that the New England Patriots have done in there incredible time under the coaching of Bill Belichek and Tom Brady under center. People really hate the Patriots and only because they have been so good. I think that it is extremely impressive what they have done. At the very least, I can appreciate their accomplishments. There is a very good chance fans will never see that much success in that amount of time ever again in the NFL or any sport for that matter. What I'm getting at is that it would be so incredibly strange to see Tom Brady in anything else but New England colors.

On the other end, what the heck? While I can respect and appreciate everything that has happened with the patriots over the last 20+ years, there is another part of me that just wants to see chaos. Why not Tom Brady in a Raiders or Chargers uniform? Why not the Cowboys or Miami Dolphins? Or my personal favorite, the Chicago Bears. Think about it Tom...

My point is, Tom Brady is still an incredible player at the humble age of 42. I will be at the edge of my seat to see where he ends up. My personal opinion is that if the Patriots offer him a new contract and he will likely stay there. However, there are still another 29 teams out there, and all of them could be kicking the tires on old Tom.

If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
