Lying with you
in your embrace
There seems to be no challenge
that I cannot face

Hidden away
in our own little world
Far from the hate
that is so harsh and bold

Is this real?
The question persists
Am I capable of this?
Does true love exist?

When we return
there'll be trouble we'll face
But if you hold my hand
it'll all be erased

If you just hold my hand
it'll be comfort I sense
Your presence is calming
I'm no longer tense

Just love me please
That's all I ask
Here in this moment
What a simple task

Just love me please
and hold me tight
Put my mind at ease
That's how I know
it'll all be right.
