Not going to lie, I'm a procrastinator-- it's a bad trait I have, but I always get it done. I stink at thinking of article topics and Wednesday will come around and yet again crawl to figure out a new topic to write about. #StruggleBus, AmIRite??

Usually I end up going with those basic articles that you see everywhere, like A Letter To My Ex Best Friend or To My Younger Self. I feel like it's always hard for me to think of a good article verses a bad one. And usually Wednesday night comes around and I'm walking a fine line of having a good article that I try too hard for or a bad article that shows not trying at all. Yikes. Although if you're wanting to know my unique ways of last minute articles, buckle up, sit back and relax because you're in for a treat.

Step One: Always turn in last weeks assignment last minute.

You need to keep the last minute cycle going. If you don't it throws off your next week. It's also an added plus that you get that last minute stress to finish it and you can produce so pretty cool work and feel more accomplished.

Step Two: Take a nice 144 hours off, AKA 6 whole days off.

Do you know how rewarding it is to take six days off?? SUPER rewarding and you don't have to worry about an article until the next Wednesday.

Step Three: Avoidance!!

Five days go by, okay good. You've wasted time, but not enough! You still have 24 hours left you waste and you need to waste them away!! Find a good wormhole to get stuck in and waste that time, baby. Get on YouTube and start watching a video on how to bake a cake. Before you know it, you'll be watching how kangaroos are made/born.

Step Four: Panic.

Yikes here we are, just right before the deadline. You know NOW is the time to face it. To face the reality that your mini six day vacation from writing is over and you have to force yourself to think of another topic. Grab a nice cold drink and some taffy taffy and buckle up. No need to cry, its time to jot down ideas ASAP!! Now is too late to write some extravagant and in-depth article, that requires too much research and time you DO NOT HAVE! This is the perfect time to write a simple and sweet article that barely above the Buzzfeed line.

Step Five: TYPE TYPE TYPE !!!

Literally just type. Type like your life is on the line!!

Step Six: Upload And Celebrate!

You did it! Now it's time to celebrate and take another mini six day vacation.

I absolutely love writing for the odyssey and this wasn't a last minute article or anything, wink wink.

an image of taylor swift standing center stage surrounded by her backup dancers in elegant peacock esque outfits with a backdrop of clouds and a box rising above the stage the image captures the vibrant aesthetics and energy of her performance during the lover era of her eras tour

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
