Donald Trump As President Of The United States

This is how I view America running under Donald Trump.

Donald Trump As President Of The United States

Now that Donald Trump will be our next president of the United States, there is happiness, sadness, and anger after the election. I want to share my opinion of what an America under Donald Trump would be like. I will likely get a lot of bad responses from people but I didn't write this article to bash Hillary supporters or get people more angry. I respect everyone's opinion on each candidate, along with their views, and have for this election, the 2008 and the 2012 election. I am a former Bernie Sanders supporter but when he left the race, I did research on Trump and Clinton to see which candidate would be the best to support. After I did my research I thought that Donald Trump had the best ideas closest to what Sanders had and became a Trump supporter.

For my thoughts on what a Trump presidency would look like, I think he will be a great president. The main reason for my opinion is that he plans to clean up Washington D.C.'s corruption. For years now, the United States government has been full of corruption from the Bushes, the Clintons, the Obamas and other politicians being involved in scandals, lies, ruining the economy, and hardly doing anything good in our country. The government and America in general needs a president who is willing to make a plan to wash away corruption so America can be a better place again.

One of his biggest plans for making America great again is to stop illegal immigrants and send them out of the United States. For certain years, immigrants have been entering the United States to commit crimes such as murder, theft, and stealing our jobs. With him saying that Mexicans are rapists, he didn't say that all of them were; not all of them are, he meant that they are known for raping women. With a wall being built on the Texas-Mexico border, there will be stricter immigration laws to make America safe again.

As for the job plans, this is absolutely needed since many Americans the past decade and a little over have been struggling with finding jobs due to economic reasons. Many employers cannot afford to hire employees and pay them enough for wants, needs, and bills. Since he is a smart and great business man with knowledge in economics and business, he will be able to know how to fix our economy. He even has a bachelor's degree in economics.

Repealing Obamacare is probably his biggest or at the very least one of his biggest plans when he becomes president. Obamacare's cost has been going sky high, killing many American families with the prices. With this being repealed, families won't have to suffer from the prices and will be able to afford cheaper healthcare.

I know some of you are not going to like his ideas of LGBT rights and abortion but I like his ideas. As a Christian, I believe that gay marriage, homosexuality in general, bisexuality, being transgender, and abortion are wrong (in a christian view they are sins stated in the bible) and that taking those rights away and making them illegal will make our country a lot better. I'm not saying that I'm homophobic; of course i'm not but my beliefs are that marriage is between a man and a woman and always has since the beginning of time. With the abortion thing, it is completely wrong and just plain murder. Imagine if your parents wanted to abort you before you were born, you would never have been born. If you don't want kids and/or can't afford to have kids don't have sex and wait until you and your loved one are married and can actually afford it. Regardless of whether or not you agree with me, I totally respect your opinions on LGBT and abortion.

Everyone wants to have lower taxes and he said if he becomes president then our taxes would be lower. The 2nd amendment is another big one and having those rights will be great. He will probably make laws on that amendment so the mentally ill and people with criminal backgrounds won't be allowed to buy them in order to decrease crime and mass shootings that we get sick and tired of hearing about on the news. All of us, especially Christians, will have the freedom of religion meaning we will be one nation under God again and will be able to share our faith without punishments.

I also think that his vice-president, Mike Pence, who is currently the governor of Indiana, was a great choice. He appears to be a great and smart guy who is willing to help Donald Trump run the White House. Since he has political experience, he would be a great assistance to Trump since he has no political experience or just in case Trump died in office or resigned.

For more information, you can read his 100 day plan which discusses of what he plans to do during his first 100 days in the White House.

Whether you're happy with the election results or not, I highly respect your opinion. Let's give him a chance as president like we did with all of the presidents in the past.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

11 Times Aubrey Plaza Described Sophomore Year

"I don't want to do things. I want to do not things."

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.
