Donald Trump Meets With Kanye West in New York

Kanye West asked President-Elect Donald Trump for an interview. The soon-to-be leader of the free world agreed, now a social media firestorm is brewing.

“[We’re] just friends, just friends … we’ve been friends for a long time,” Trump told photographers, dodging a slew of obvious questions.

It shouldn’t have been a surprise, the Donald has made it clear that he isn’t afraid to speak with anyone whether it’s the leader of Taiwan (questioning the USA’s longstanding policy) or Never-Trumpers like Mitt Romney. Still the meeting with the newly-blonde rap superstar was still a bit of a surprise. Is it too soon to start calling them Donye?
